We are committed to delivering quality products. Due to customized sizing, school-specific items, and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

Return and Exchange Policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted after successful delivery. Exceptions are considered only in eligible cases. Please review all product details carefully before ordering.

Verify Before Ordering

Check the following before placing your order:

  • Product description
  • Size and measurements
  • Color and variants
  • Quantity
  • School or class specifications

Eligible Cases for Claims

We consider requests only when:

  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product arrived physically damaged
  • Items are missing from shipment

How to Submit a Claim

Submit claims within 48 hours of delivery to support@studentbox.net.in with:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Complete unboxing video from start to finish
  • Clear images showing the issue
  • Detailed problem description

Note: Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be considered.

Verification and Approval

All claims undergo internal review. Approval for replacement or refund is determined after evidence is evaluated.

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Incorrect size selected by you
  • Minor color differences from display settings
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products
  • Missing original tags or packaging
  • Damage after delivery
  • Claims reported after 48 hours

Refund and Replacement

If approved, you will receive either a replacement product or a refund to your original payment method within applicable timelines.
