Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within India. Remote areas may require additional time based on courier availability. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping offers, where applicable, are clearly stated.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you'll receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers attempt multiple deliveries. If delivery fails due to unavailability or inaccessible locations, a refund may be issued after deducting delivery attempt fees.

Provide accurate address, contact details, and PIN code. Student Box is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with order details, complete unboxing video, clear product images, and a description. Claims without supporting evidence may be rejected.

Non-Serviceable Locations

Some PIN codes lack courier coverage. Orders to these areas will be cancelled and refunded.
